HR Roundtable - NEW Fair Work Anti-Bullying Measures - 18 February

From 1 January 2014, if a worker reasonably believes he or she has been bullied at work, they can apply directly to the Fair Work Commission for an order to stop the bullying.

  • Who is included in the definition of a "Worker" and able to access the Fair Work Commission's assistance
  • What is "Bullying Behaviour" and how this fits with Work Health & Safety requirements
  • What is NOT "Bullying Behaviour"
  • The approach to claims by Fair Work
  • The new process which an application will follow
  • The risks of bullying claims and the changes to Workers Compensation law for stress claims
  • Obligations for you and your employees
