Whats hot in HR with HRBS
Hi folks

This edition we talk about breaking up with nice employees and look at why people leave organisations. It is not well publicised, but I often see managers quit toxic teams. This can happen when a team either upwardly bullies or actively works against the manager in pursuit of their own agenda. New managers joining old and established organisations tend to be the most common victims of this type of situation.

The G20 is coming. Brisbane City is going to be a nightmare to navigate. Have you thought about the impact on your business, staff and customers? Many of our city based clients are encouraging work from home arrangements or are shutting up shop for a couple of days.
