This week I address the problem of ‘overselling’ jobs to candidates, where reality is very different from the on the job experience. This is risky recruiting business, which often leads to employee’s resigning in the probation period.

Also, we clarify when bullying is NOT bullying, but when it is actually a manager just ‘managing’, in our article on reasonable management action.
